2. Google User Data Policy

In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we clearly disclose how our application accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

We use Auth0, a secure third-party identity management service, to authenticate your identity. When you choose to sign in using Google, our application accesses the following Google user data:

• Basic Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your user account.
• OpenID Connect Data: Technical identifiers required to securely verify your identity.

Data Usage

We use the Google user data we access strictly for the following purposes:

• To facilitate secure user login and account creation.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
• To personalize your profile within the application.

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share user data only with the following critical infrastructure providers needed to operate our service:

• Identity & Authentication (Auth0): We use Auth0 (Okta) as our identity provider. While authentication occurs on our secure custom domain (auth.youllgetit.eu), the underlying processing is handled by Auth0's secure infrastructure to ensure the highest level of account security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted cloud service providers (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) solely for hosting our application and database.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or valid legal process.

Data Storage & Protection

Your personal data is securely stored on servers located in the European Union. We employ industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Strict access controls limiting internal access to your data.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
• Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. You can request deletion by emailing contact@youllgetit.eu. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
